Hi Tobias,
Nice idea having a poll, shame there are not more HP devices on the list ;-).

My favourite right now is the rx5915 iPAQ. It's small(ish), has a very nice screen, Sirf III built in (starts off good and then gets much better better after a firmware upgrade) and good battery life. It also has all the usual stuff, SD, WiFi, Bluetooth etc. And unlike most others it's got 2Gb of built in storage but most of this is taken up with maps for the built in Sat Nav.

There is also a rx4715 which is similar but not quite as high spec and cheaper.

Hi Tobias.
The URLs are back. It was just a slight miss-configuration.

Thanks for the Andres Industries link : very good website for european goodies !
Anyone knows what is inside the box of the "Rugged PDA N560" ? Isn't it a Siemens Loox ?

Edit : It is !

yes, it is. i had the chance to try out the rugged N560. for two weeks. but i must say that i was a little bit dissapointed of the gps-accuracy.. and for me it would be more useful to get the unit with the POWER-Battery included which offers you more than double of battery time..

Thank you Tobias for your comments...

I saw a battery of 3000mAh here.
I was hoping good performance from the GPS, at least as good as the HP rx5935.
Anybody knows a small GPS antennas provider ?

HTC TyTN II. Knocks spots off any other PDA phone I've used / seen. Now if they could only make a rugged version...
